Custom-made exclusively for Plimoth Patuxet Museums, each pen is hand turned by a local craftsman using English White Oak salvaged from the restoration of Mayflower II.
The wood in these pens has weathered many storms for well over 100 years. Transformed from ancient trees into the hull and decks of the iconic vessel, and now to handmade pens, these are the perfect gift for the sailor in your life or anyone who loves American history, or wooden sailing ships; or has an interest in the story of the Pilgrims and the Mayflower.
Cigar Pen — Available with chrome or gold accents, this handsome pen is perfect for those who prefer a larger, heftier writing instrument. This pen uses a Parker style refill.
Nautical Pen — An ode to old sailing ships, this pen features a captivating scene engraved on tip of a grand tall ship, while the end is embellished with the captain's wheel and compass. Nautical rope accents can be found throughout and encircling the detailed anchor clip which, given its history, is considered a symbol of well-grounded hope.
