Chamber Pot

Description

These pots were kept under a bed and used as a toilet during the night. Handmade by a member of our Interpretative Artisans Program in the Crafts Center here at Plimoth Patuxet, each is slightly different and vary in shape. Available in yellow ochre, green or redware. All colors may not be available at all times.

A surprise pot!

The chamber pot I purchased from Plimoth - Patuxet is a lovely and well made piece of pottery.
My only problem with the piece is that it has little resemblance to the pot shown in the ad on line - both in shape and color. I have already written to PP that it would be best to mention that the pottery for sale in advertising may not be the same as the picture shown - both in shape and color.
